Copper phosphorus alloy

Description

The material of copper-phosphorus intermetallic compound (grade CUP14) is a combination of fully electrolytic copper and-quality red phosphorus, containing 14% phosphorus and less than 0.03% impurities. Its main uses include: 1. It is used for theelting of copper and copper alloys to effectively remove oxygen from the copper melt, significantly reduce oxidation inclusions, and thus improve the mechanical properties of the alloy; 2 It is used for deoxidation treatment during the smelting of phosphorus deoxidized copper, tin bronze, lead bronze, chromium bronze, manganese, brass, zinc white copper, and oxygen-free copper alloys.
